1,信用证上写着：full set of ship on board marine bill of lading ssued to order of PROBANK S.A marked freight collect and notify to the applicant.
那么问下：这样到时候提单上收件人（Consigned to order o）是不是写：PROBANK S.A? （注：PROBANK 是客人的开证行）
2,信用证上的写着： 三正三幅商业invoice；三副装箱单；全套海运提单； 一正两副的Form A；
最后信用证上 这条写着：we shall cover you as you will instruct us ,four working days value after your telex/SWIFI advise to us ,that shipping documents have been presented to you in full compliance with term of our L/C in question .please acknowlege receipt. Kindly forwarder documents by courier two separate sets to our following address: PROBANK S.A .我知道最后一句是说要寄两套单据给给他们的议付行,但是我想问下这后面需寄给议付行的单据份数是不是包含在前面的单据哦?那总共我应该做几份单据哦? 那我到时候交单交给银行应该几份的?

1.提单的收货人应该填写：TO ORDER OF PROBANK S.A.,提单上应该注明：FREIDHT COLLECT,提单的通知方填写：开证申请人的名称（具体应该按照信用证上的开证申请人的名称照抄）.
2.这个条款是给议付行的指示,也就是要求议付行执行的任务,与受益人无关（与你们无关）.你们只要将单据全部交给议付行就算完成任务了.
看来你完全没有操作信用证的经验,建议你在当地找一位有经验的人协助你制作单据,也可以找议付行的人协助你制作单据,完全依靠你自己恐怕不太妥当,搞不好可能会带来很多麻烦.
