著名教育家班杰明接到一个青年人的求教电话,双方约好了见面的时间和地点.
待那个青年人如约而至时,看到班杰明的房门敞开着,眼前的景象令青年人深感意外——房间里乱七八糟,狼藉一片.
没等青年人开口,班杰明就招呼道：“你看我这房间,太不整洁了!请你在门外等候一分钟,我收拾一下,你再进来吧!”说完就他轻轻关上了房门.
不到一分钟的时间,班杰明打开了房门,并热情地把青年人让进客厅.这时,青年人的眼前展现出另一番景象－－房间内的一切井然有序,有两杯刚刚倒好的红酒还漾着微波.
可是,没等青年人把满腹的疑问向班杰明讲出来,班杰明就非常客气地说道：“干杯!你可以走了.”
青年人手持酒杯一下子愣住了,既尴尬又遗憾地说：“可是,我……我还没有向您请教呢……”
“这些.难道还不够吗?”班杰明一边微笑着,一边扫视着自己的房间,说,“你进来又有一分钟了.”
“一分钟……一分钟……”青年人若有所思地说,“我懂了,一分钟的时间可以做许多事情.”
班杰明舒心地笑了.青年人把杯里的红酒一饮而尽,向班杰明连连道谢,开心地走了.
其实,只要把握住生命里的每一分钟,也就把握住了理想的人生.

what can we do in one min? as Mr. Avahaowan said, we can wipe our but in a one min. I do not agree with him, because I never uses more than 30 sec for wiping my butt. Think about it, how much paper you will waste if you spend 1 min to wipe your butt every time after you poo? if you use 2 pieces of TP pre 6 sec, it means you will need to use 20 pieces of TP everyday after you poo. it will create great harm for our planet. as we all know trees are good, trees are our friends, we like trees. They take away the carbon we made, and gives us flesh new lovely oxygen!
If everyone on earth uses 1 min to wipe their butt, i believe our planet soon will become a land of dust and sand. Global warming, it is the result of self-fish people acting self-fish and bringing harm for everyone, just like Mr. Avahaowan. He might enjoy the feeling of the TP wiping back and forward at his butt, but the mean time, he was taking away our oxygen.
My suggestion is no one sells TP to him for his entire life, therefore, our earth will be normal again just like how it used to be.
