因为根据句子的意思“猴子说‘要是能像人一样有一双手该有多好啊!’”.首先感叹后面用的是it is是个正常的陈述句,看不出来有虚拟语气；另外最后是“the monkey said”,感觉这篇文章像一篇把猴子当成人的童话故事,也没必要用虚拟语气.
