我把它从一个小机构发展成今天的规模.
1.主干句型很简单,就是I(主语)+ brought（及物动词谓语) + it (代词宾语) ,SVO,主谓宾结构哦～
2.后面的from...to...是补语哦～
3.from/to 由于是介词,所以后面只能跟名词哦～,a small operation 显然是名词,一家小机构~
4.难点在what it is today.这整段话作为一个名词哦～就是它今天的样子～还原一下你就看懂咯：what+ that(可省略,这里省略了)+it is today,可见,that 引导的宾语从句哈～,
5.这种what句型第一次见会有点奇怪,其实很多见的啦：
what you think is right!
what you like is right!
what you do is good!
what I see is interesting!
发现了么,其实整个what+主语+及物谓语的据此充当了一个作用：一个做主语的名词～而你的句型中,这个又充当了一个做宾语的名词,仅此而已,它还可以充当表语哦：
I am what you like

I 主语
brought it谓语
from。。today 状语
我将它从一个规模不大的业务变成现在的样子。
