\x09Firstly,just as its name suggests,fast food is very fast and convenient.Secondly,the restaurants also provide a very comfortable surroundings.But,is fast food really good?
\x09Of cause the answer is No.Compared with vegetables and fresh fruits,fast food contain little nutrition.What's wore,fast food often involves too much fat or sugar.We will easily put on weight if we eat woo much of them.
\x09In conclusion,although fast food is delicious and convenience,we should eat them neither too often nor too much in order to keep ourselves in good health.

Some people think fast food is really good. Others think it’s awful. I think Mcdonald’s and KFC are very high fat diet and junk food. So I don’t like these food. There are so many Chinese fast food restaurant, like,ZhenGongFu,JiaWan restaurant….,their food is ok. If you are in a hurry, you should be able to get a good, quick meal-but not Mcdonald’s and KFC. Maybe you can try Chinese fast food. Just reasonable and good food.
