English is spoken by many people in the world.According to an informal statistics,there are over 1.8 billion English speakers,including both native and foreign ones,around the world.If you want to broaden your horizon,make more friends in different nations or even get a better job in your career life,it is no reason why you do not learn English.

Learning English is the same as learning any other language.Listening,Speaking,Reading and Writing are four basic elements.For the first two elements,we may be familiar with them by imitation - observes and replicates those who have a good language,especially a native speaker.
For the other two elements,we may be familiar with them by recitation - assimilates and paraphrases articles written by good writers,especially giant writers like William Shakespeare,Charles Dickens,etc.
