首先,可以肯定,angry后面一般没有on for一说,AB才是老搭档
其次+with.表示对人生气,所以第一句我希望他不生我的气
+at,表示对某件事生气,所以第二句他对于我没来帮他【这件事】很生气

为什么第一句不是对john生气吗,用at错了.其实第一句表达的是对于john作弊【这件事】生气,强调的出发点不一样
而第二句强调的是对我本人生气（因为某些事）
当然例句可以互换,但是考试的时候不会搞你的.比如第二句,be angry with my就错了,美这个用法,所以只好用B
最后,题外话,was angry at my not coming 其实就相当于would you mind my opening the window,是不是感觉很亲切呢,动名词前面加个代词,本身就是强调谁谁做某事如何

It is + adj+for +sb...表示对于某个人来说怎么怎么样
另外,依旧是看对于人还是对于事情的分别,也即是形容词修饰人的还是修饰不定式的要做的事情的（另外前面说的,修饰人的品质为先）
比如It's wise of him to take her advice.指他很聪明（品质为先,所以一般of不换for,因为聪明一般默认为长久的属性啊）.如果形容词是修饰后面的不定式动作,那么介词用for.It's dangerous for him to ride horese.是指骑马这件事很危险,而不是说他很危险.
那么回到题目

(right形容人的正确性,英明)
对于南方脱离联盟【这件事】是不对的
