Our Great Motherland——China
China lies on the east of Aisa,it faces the Pacific on the south and east,it is to the north of Russia and Mongolia,it has 960 square kilometers of land area and 300 square kilometers of sea area.Most of China is located in the north temperate zone,but other small part is in the tropic.The climate is hot and humid in summer,and it is cold and dry in winter,it is so-called the rain and heat over the same period,so this climate is benefit to develop the agricultural.
China has more than 5000 years of history,from Emperor Yan and Emperor Huang fight against Chiyou,so Chinese people is called the descendants of the Emperor Yan and Emperor Huang.In ancient years,China has long time at the top of world,the Four Great Inventions of the Chinese people in ancient times are papermaking ,printing ,the compass and gunpowder that has a major impact on human development history,The Great Wall is known as one of the seven wonders of the world.But China was aggressed by western capitalist countries at modern times.Espeically During the War of Resistance Against Japan,China was at the edge of national subjugation once.But under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,
the great Chinese people carried out fighting against the anti-imperialist and anti-feudal,and founded the People's Republic of China on Qctober 1st,1949.From then on,China began the great road to revival.After more than sixty years of effort,China has become the second economic power country in the world.We believe our motherland will become more beautiful in the future.
