government之前的那个“that”是个语法结构,就像前面几个破折号前的that一样,是个并列结构?还是这个“that”可以单译为“那个”
英语中存在不存在曲解，比如第二句话的作者明知林肯原文中“that”是个语法结构，不能译为“那个”。他偏要曲解，对应以“this is”，以加强对比讽刺的效果
